The conditioner doesn't work well on my hair, the color doesn't hold at all :(

I've only used it once, but I already know it's going to be a staple in my hair care routine. Color payoff is GREAT. I mixed Extreme Orange and Vibrant Orange and applied it to my copper-brown hair (what was left from dying my hair red, which didnt stay longer than three washes), and it left me with the most beautiful, vibrant ginger orange! My hair also smells amazing! I was recommended from Offbeat Bride and I'm super impressed. After my wedding I think I might go for purple. ;)

I haven't received it yet!! And I ordered it almost a month ago! I guess you guys are out of the purple that I ordered so you won't be shipping my whole ordered until you have the purple, but you could've shipped the 2 pink products I ordered so I didn't have to wait a month to receive the pink you did have in stock :/

I bought the sample set for the vibrant purple and pink, and I was so satisfied that I came back for the full size-- although I only got the full size vibrant purple. The pink seemed a little muddy and wasn't giving the punch I wanted. But I ordered the extreme pink this time around and I think that will be more what I want!

I used the extreme red in my already orange hair to add an ombre effect. It looks amazing! I was worried that I would end up with a splotchy look, but the mixing was super easy. My ombre looks salon perfect and it only took me 5 minutes in the shower.
